Some are paying $600/month to get out of the promotions tab

Today, I'm putting my investigative journalist hat on and telling you about a sketchy trend right now that's being used to try and get out of the promotions tab. Buckle up! A few months ago, our Chief Product Officer told me she met with someone who said they're using a tool that gets their emails to go from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab, and they're paying.... $600/month for it 🤯 She wanted to know: is this possible?
